Our two weekly sessions run on Tuesday’s at 6pm | Friday’s at 4pm.
This amazing opportunity is for the any young athletic individual aged 13-16yrs. Looking to improve their physique, performance and attitude toward their given sport. Helping excel at grass route level and move toward professional/semi-professional sports.
Each one of our programmes are limited to 8 participants for the young athletes benefit.
Our proven small squad training has allowed our athletes to reap the benefits of the bespoke programming. The attention to detail our trainers can give to this positive environment leads to their individual and squad progression.
