Cancellation Policy
All Charges
All amounts refunded by Hampshire Fitness Centre are subject to service charges that will be deducted from the refund amount. These charges are calculated based on how the original transaction was carried out and cover the cost to Hampshire Fitness Centre for processing the transaction:
Credit Card payments: 1.4% + £0.20 per transaction
Paypal payments: 2.9% + £0.30
Memberships
We offer discounted memerbships when a member commits to a specific length of time. These memberships do carry a cancellation policy to ensure fairness of the discount and commitment.
1 month (paid each month)
These memberships do not carry a cancellation policy and can be terminated at anytime. The amount paid on this membership is non-refundable in full or in part.
6 month (paid each month)
These memberships offer a discounted rate per month for commitment to remaining a member for at least 6 months. These carry a cancellation policy and the member must give 2 months notice, via phone or e-mail, prior to cancelling. The amount paid per month is non-refundable in full or in part.
12 month (paid each month)
These memberships offer a discounted rate per month for commitment to remaining a member for at least 12 months. These carry a cancellation policy and the member must give 3 months notice, via phone or e-mail, prior to cancelling. The amount paid per month is non-refundable in full or in part.
12 month (paid yearly)
These memberships offer a discounted rate per month for commitment to remaining a member for at least 12 months. These do not carry a cancellation policy. The amount paid is non-refundable.
Any cancellation, when processed, is effective immediately and membership will be terminated.
Hampshire Fitness Centre reserves the right the waive any cancellation policy at its sole discretion.
