Youth Strength & Conditioning
The month of October brings back after school classes Youth Strength & Conditioning Classes on our timetable.
Tuesdays at 6PM
Friday (After-school Class) at 4PM.
Example – Participants can walk up from Testbourne Community School together and then be picked up after their class at 5PM by parents. These are small classes of six – eight students, so our athletes receive the best development. Be sure to Register your details and purchase tickets with the buttons below.
