    1. Bookings are online only – Choose your session and secure your spot. Our sessions fill fast and spaces are limited. Your place is only secured once payment is made in advance.

    2. Arrive 10 mins early – Quick hello and warm-up.

    3. Train your way – We scale everything to suit you.

    4. Keep it going – Drop in, or save with a membership.

    1. Do I need experience? No—every class is scalable.

    2. Do you offer free trials? No—our small class sizes and coached sessions mean every space is reserved for paying members.

    3. Can I cancel? Yes, up to 24 hours before start. If your plans change, please cancel as early as possible so we can offer the spot to another member. You’ll need to reschedule via the calendar dashboard above.

    4. Age & supervision? Ages Adult (18+)

    5. Health & waiver? Tell us about any pre-existing conditions; waiver needed on first visit.
